Busellato Introduces the New Jet Star - 4' x 8' CNC Router

Delmac Machinery Group is pleased to announce a new addition to its Busellato Jet Series of CNC ROUTERS for Nested Base Machining, the Jet STAR. Affordably priced well under $100,000, the feature-rich STAR puts Busellato’s strength and quality within the reach of any shop that can justify a nested-based machining center. Built on the same chassis as the larger Optima series, the STAR is offered with Busellato’s panel evacuation device for off-line unloading, 4-way Vector air jets to eliminate residual dust, HSK-F63 electrospindle, multi-spindle boring head with 12 vertical drills, 4 horizontals and a grooving saw, 8 position linear tool changer plus the complete Genesis Evolution programming package found on all Busellatos. DELMAC PROFIT SOLUTIONS – Lean Flow Cabinet Manufacturing With Dowel Construction with Industry Consultant Art Raymond

Over 70 people joined Delmac at our Greensboro facility November 6 and 7th for our Profit Solutions Seminar on Lean Flow Cabinet Manufacturing. Art Raymond, a well-known industry consultant, gave an overview of how to implement Lean Manufacturing by recognizing areas of waste and inefficient production methods. He explained why setting up equipment in a way to eliminate bottlenecks and achieving a smooth work flow will increase production and reduce the amount of floor space required for manufacturing, giving manufacturers the ability to provide a higher quality product at a lower cost.

Rapid Case Construction

Delmac Machinery Group hosted a Profit Solution’s Seminar featuring Mr. Gero Sassenberg, a well known industry consultant and expert in 32mm and dowel system of cabinet construction, and Mr. Bill Weddington, an industry professional in commercial casework. These two industry experts presented the convincing case as to why more and more commercial and residential cabinet makers are transitioning from screws, dados or KD fasteners to dowel and case clamp for their cabinet construction.
