"On Tuesday our Busellato experienced some problems that shut down our production line. You were able to walk us through the process of trouble shooting and identifying the root cause of the problem. I want to thank you for your ability to locate a motor around 6:00pm EST nad perform the necessary steps to ship the motor out that night. That kind of service is hard to find these days - most shops close up around 5:00. We received the part the next morning and were up and running within a matter of minutes. Obviously, I hope our Busellato does not break down again. However, in the event that something should occur, I'm confident in Delmac that they will be there for our assistance."
