DMG is the exclusive US representative for all Celaschi and Gabbiani machines, parts and service. All parts provided by DMG are Celaschi and Gabbiani OEM parts. Parts provied by others are not Celaschi and Gabbiani OEM parts and may be of inferior quality.

In addition, DMG's technicians are trained at the manufacturers factory to provide you with the best support possible. SCM and Delmac Announce an Important Alliance

Mr Alfredo Aureli, Managing Director of SCM Group Spa and Mr. Ambrogio Delachi, President of Delmac Spa reached a positive conclusion in the negotiations between the top management of the SCM Group and Delmac Spa which has resulted in the SCM Group acquiring the majority share of Delmac.

With this investment in Delmac, The SCM Group will considerably strengthen its position as one of the prime leaders of the World’s Woodworking Machinery sector. Furthermore, they will also acquire significant technical knowledge, both to complete its machinery capabilities in terms of solid wood processing technologies and to further develop it’s panel processing technologies.

Delmac will benefit from the industrial and financial solidity of the SCM Group plus it will have the resources to further advance its vast technological assets which, over the course of years, has made the company an absolute point of reference in engineering and creating panel processing integrated lines for leading furniture manufacturers.

THE DELMAC companies are:

CELASCHI, a well known and long-standing brand name and prestigious producer of squaring machines, machining centres, door and window lines, machines for ready-made parquet flooring and solid wood door machining lines.

GABBIANI, a world-recognized brand, producer of tenoners, squaring and edge banding machines and special panel sizing integrated lines.
