PRODUCT MANAGER/SALES POSITION – Woodworking Machinery

professional at its headquarters. We are looking for a qualified person
wishing to pursue a career in Product Management and Sales, driving
the promotion, development and distribution of high end solutions!
We are searching for a talented individual with that ability to creatively
sell large capital purchases using a “Value-Added approach”.
Our Product Managers enjoy the opportunity to work with customers and
manufacturers, providing a complete solution of machinery, engineering,
delivery/installation, training, parts, and service at a fair price.
The successful candidate will possess a working knowledge of woodworking
industry production processes, especially in Panel Processing, knowledge
and work experience with woodworking machinery (Edgebanders and Panel
Saws a must!), tooling, and PLC controls, and a skill set that includes
Windows, Microsoft Office, and AutoCad (latest versions). Equally important
is an ability to clearly explain and train others on complex matters,
and work closely with colleagues to achieve results!
Centrally located in beautiful Greensboro, North Carolina, Delmac is

ENTRY LEVEL AND SENIOR FIELD SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES!
Delmac Machinery Group, a distributor of high-tech woodworking machinery located in Greensboro, NC, has positions available in our Service department for Entry Level and Senior Field Service Representatives.
We are looking for someone with the appropriate experience and skills to successfully perform the following duties:
- Set up and install woodworking machinery on-site at customer facilities
- Train customers in the programming, use, safety and maintenance of machinery
- Troubleshoot machines on-site when service is required for repairs, etc.
- Offer telephone support to customers when not traveling
Below are some basic requirements for this position:
- A minimum two years Electrical Trouble Shooting
- Recent experience in a woodworking environment with CNC machinery and PLC controls
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Good PC skills in a Windows environment
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Excellent ability to communicate
DMG will offer a thorough training program. Starting pay will be commensurate with experience. In addition, DMG offers a complete benefit package.
