DELMAC and OMLAT USA Announce Rapid Spindle Repair Program!
Delmac Machinery Group Inc, Greensboro NC, announces
they have signed an exclusive program with OMALT USA for a direct ship
electro-spindle repair program. According to Chris Mann, Delmac’s
Parts Manager “The aim of the program is to provide our customer’s
with the quickest most reliable OEM turnaround in the industry possible
for Electro spindle maintenance and repair.” The customer will
ship their Electro-spindle direct to Omlat USA in Rockford, Illinois
for rapid assessment and repair. Electro-spindles are precision motors
and while their bearings are designed to last many years, bearing replacement
and reconditioning should be done by factory authorized and knowledgeable
spindle repair facilities.
DELMAC MACHINERY GROUP HAS UPGRADED ITS SHOWROOM!!
Delmac Machinery Group is pleased to announce it has completed a comprehensive
upgrade to our Greensboro, NC showroom. Our goal is to provide our customer’s
the most comprehensive machinery demonstrations possible. We are capable
of simulating a small scale production facility for cabinets, windows
and doors, architectural millwork, furniture, and store fixtures. Considering
changing from dado cabinet construction to dowel and case clamp? We
can test your new designs and build your product for you. The showroom
is complete with a nested base router, CNC machining center, 5 axis
CNC, multiple edgebanders, bore and dowel, Rafix insertion machines,
and panel saw. In addition, we have added a full time applications engineer
devoted to customer demonstrations to make sure our customers receive
the best process review possible on their equipment.
DMG’S DEALER TRAINING
Delmac Machinery Group (DMG) hosted over 30 sales representatives
from throughout the United States for our dealer training March 22nd
and 23rd at our Greensboro, NC facility. DMG showcased it’s new
showroom, designed to provide the most complete machinery and process
demonstrations possible. Demonstrations were done on Busellato JET CNC
Machining Centers, Busellato JET CNC Routers and Flexa Edgebanders,
Omal HBD CNC Bore & Dowel Machines and Hardware Insertion Machines,
Mayer PS Series Panel Saws, Bonancin Case Clamp and Fravol RX Edgebanders.

Delmac Machinery Group offers special discounted preventive maintenance contacts to our customers on all of our machinery lines. These contracts will cover normal PM schedules required on your specific machine plus involve refresher training for your operators.
