CASADEI EDGEBANDERS from Delmac Machinery Group

Delmac introduces the Casadei ALA Series of edgebanders. Casadei has redesigned and upgraded it’s edgebander line for high reliability and flexibility at an affordable price point. The ALA Series of compact edgebanders consists of several different working versions, from thin tape to 3mm to HPL and solid wood up to ½”. Each machine can be equipped with automatic positioning of the working units when the panel thickness changes. The machines also incorporate a Teflon coated, rapid heating glue pot, rugged working units and PLC with line control.

 

CASADEI AXO SERIES PANEL SAWS from Delmac Machinery Group

Delmac announces the Casadei AXO Series of automatic horizontal beam saws. Casadei has upgraded it’s entire beam saw line to offer European designed high speed cutting up to 4” book heights at affordable prices. The machine base is designed with precision guides and linear motion systems for exceptional cut quality. The Windows based PC means no issues with down loading from your favorite design package plus the PC has an on-line optimizer, cut simulation and cutting database as STANDARD features. Delmac has 10 and 12’ saws in stock for 2, 3, and 4” book heights.

 

CASADEI SLIDING TABLE SAW from Delmac Machinery Group

Delmac announces Casadei has upgraded it’s SC Series of Sliding Table Saws. The new SC Performance Series is designed for heavy use with exceptional cut quality to fill the request of a more demanding market. The aluminum carriage slides on high precision hardened and rectified steel guides, which are mechanically fixed on the carriage. The machine has a programmable NC precision fence positioning system that is accurate and fast. The main blade projection is programmable plus the scoring unit is by separate motor and can also be by NC set up. All features which increase cut quality and production. CASADEI LIBRA SERIES WIDE BELT SANDERS from Delmac Machinery Group

Delmac announces Casadei’s LIBRA Series of Performance Wide Belt Sanders. These machines are the perfect solution for medium to large shops looking for excellent finishing results for a small investment. BUSELLATO JET 200 CNC ROUTERS

Medium to large cabinet and millwork shops looking to move into nested-based machining will benefit tremendously from the Busellato JET 200RT. Busellato has designed this machine to be a premium workhorse with software that is easy to use yet powerful and flexible. OMAL INSERT RF F1 HARDWARE INSERTION MACHINE

The OMAL INSERT RF F1 is designed to drill and insert RAFIX or similar hardware eliminating the heavy load of work for the operator. The machine is offered with an interchangeable hopper system for different colored inserts. The machine is standard with single unit and comes optional with TWO insertion units - one fixed and one moveable. The right side drilling/insertion unit is moveable by hand and easily locked in position plus this can be motorized with numerical control and bar code as an option. The work cycle is approximately 4 seconds per cycle.

 

HBD 1550 BORE & DOWEL MACHINES

The OMAL HBD 1550 Horizontal Bore, Glue, and Dowel machine with 5’ work table is a numerically controlled machine to drill, glue and insert dowels on horizontal pieces. The machine gives you a cycle time of approximately ONE second for each bore, glue, and dowel insertion when holes are on 32mm intervals!! The HBD 1550 is equipped with a single drill and piggyback glue and dowel insertion unit with standard set up for 8mm dowels and the selection of the working reference (left, center, or right position) is executed by CNC. For flexibility in processing larger panels, the HBD 1550’s center and side reference is excludable for processing up to 10’ panels! Additionally, the double clamps will hold panels either vertically or horizontally for edge or face processing plus the machine can be equipped with TOP boring.
