The Busellato JET Plus 5 Axis CNC Machining Center provides an uncompromising machine for the most extreme-duty applications. A huge selection of configurations in addition to the 5-axis machining head are available to meet the most demanding applications. Multiple tool changers with up to 70 tool positions, several drilling head choices, an additional 3 or 4 axis electrospindle, automatic clamping options and either motorized or CNC driven pod and rail movement are available. The router motor design uses liquid-cooling to reduce the overall dimensions of the motor by eliminating aluminum cooling fins found on a normal 3 or 4 axis spindle. Combined with an exclusive B axis knuckle design that creates a fulcrum point to significantly reduce the effective tool length, the machine can work in much tighter spaces and machine smaller radii than previously possible. Of course, Genesis Evolution software with its 5-axis programming capabilities is standard.
