The IDM IDI-4100 is a PLC controlled Single Sided Edgebander with line control. This machine is designed to apply thin PVC, veneer, HPL and solid wood (to ½”), on four sides, or 3mm PVC on two sides. The working units allow rapid setup between first and second pass and make changing from thin tape to thick tape or solid wood quick and easy. This little workhorse is designed for shops with limited floor space, yet requiring high quality output. It is a compact machine with a heavy reinforced welded frame along with a gear-box free design to provide high quality trouble free operation. Options include Top and Bottom Rough/Flush trim, glue scraping, buffing and hot air. Also available with PLC controlled NC setup.
