The IDM HD-4800 DOOR is a PC controlled Heavy Production Single Sided Edgebander with line control developed for the Door Industry. This machine is designed to apply thin PVC, veneer, HPL or solid wood with up to a 5 deg bevel. The adjustable angle application zone makes this machine perfect for edging interior or entry doors. This super heavy duty workhorse is designed for shops that require high quality as well as high volume output. It is a top level machine with a very heavy duty, thick plate weldment frame along with a gear-box free design to provide high quality trouble free operation.
