The IDM HD-7300PM NC is a PC controlled Production Single Sided Edgebander with Pre-Mill and NC setup. Equipped to apply thin PVC, veneer, HPL and solid wood (to 1”), on 4 sides with corner rounding. Pre-Milling permits the removal of up to 3mm of material to provide a chip free edge with minimal glue line. It also provides quick and easy rework of previously applied banding. The working units allow rapid setup between first and second pass and makes changing from thin tape solid wood quick and easy. This super heavy duty workhorse is designed for shops that require high quality as well as high volume output. It is a top level machine with a very heavy duty, thick plate weldment frame along with a gear-box free design to provide high quality trouble free operation. Equipped with, glue scraping, buffing and hot air. The IDM HD-7300PM NC will provide you high quality results that will meet your expectations at a reasonable price.
