The IDM KS-4800 incorporates a PC control for a high production Single Sided Edgebander with line control. This machine is equipped to apply thin PVC, veneer, HPL and solid wood (up to 5/8”), on four sides or 3mm PVC on two sides. The working units allow rapid setup between first and second pass and makes changing from thin tape to thick tape or solid wood quick and easy. This heavy duty workhorse is designed for shops that require high quality output. It is a medium level machine with a very heavy duty, thick plate weldment frame along with a gear-box free design to provide high quality trouble free operation. Equipped with, glue scraping, buffing and hot air. The IDM KS-4800 will provide you high quality results that will meet your expectations at a reasonable price.
