The IDM KS-5800PM NC is a PC controlled full NC set-up machine. Leave the cabinet doors closed and run lots of production or single piece flow with confidence. Thin PVC, veneer, HPL, solid wood (to ½”), and 3mm PVC on 4 sides with corner rounding, this machine will do it all, flawlessly. Pre-Milling permits the removal of up to 3mm of material to provide a chip free edge with minimal glue line. It also provides quick and easy rework of previously applied banding. The working units allow rapid setup between fist and second pass and makes changing from thin tape to thick tape or solid wood quick and easy. This heavy duty workhorse is designed for shops that require high quality output. It is a medium level machine with a very heavy duty, thick plate weldment frame along with a gear-box free design to provide high quality trouble free operation.
