CASADEI EDGEBANDERS
ALA Series
Casadei edgebanders are designed for shops seeking reliability and
flexibility in an economical edgebander. The various configurations
available, together with optional units, provide an optimal solution
to various edgebanding requirements with extremely simple adjustments.
The ALA Series of edgebanders consists of several different versions
based on your production requirements. Each is equipped with automatic
positioning of the working units when the panel thickness changes, increasing
your production. The glue pots used on the ALA Series have a rapid heating
system which reduces machine preparation time and are completely coated
in Teflon, making clean up and changeover fast and easy. The machines
can be equipped with Numerically Controlled PLCs which, eliminating
relays and microswitches, allows for rapid, simple and error-free execution
of machining programs.
