IDM HD Series of Edgebanders
The Level HD is a high performance, industrial, Single Sided Edgebander. The heavy duty machine frame and high quality working units are the same as those found on our top of the line Genesis Double Sided combination machines. These machines are engineered for continuous use in the most demanding applications while still providing the highest quality output with exceptional machine longevity. A variety of configurations allow track speeds up to 30 m/min, and edging from thin tape up to 22mm solid wood as well as aluminum. Standard on the Level HD is PC Office, a Windows based machine management software. This software provides easy programming to control machine setup as well as machine diagnostics, production reporting and networking capability.
