Omal Horizontal Bore, Glue & Dowel Insertion Machines

The OMAL Line of Horizontal Bore, Glue, Dowel and Hardware Insertion machines are numercially controlled to drill, glue and insert dowels on horizontal pieces. The machines give you a cycle time of approximately ONE second for each bore, glue and dowel insertion when holes are on 32mm intervals. The machines can be equipped with single or multiple horizontal drills, top drilling and hardware insertion. The selection of the working reference (left, center, or right position) is executed by CNC. The center fence indexes up and down for flexibility in processing larger panels and is removable. Double clamps will hold panels either vertically or horizontally for edge or face processing.

Software:
The machines are equipped with a PC interface used for writing and storing programs and have user friendly software (similar to Genesis Evolution used by Busellato JET CNC machines) that makes them extremely versatile. In addition, the OMAL "Sure Shot" revolver system guarantees a dowel is inserted every time, eliminating misfeeds!
