Omal Insert Linea 2000 E Through Feed Bore, Glue and Dowel Machines

The OMAL INSERT LINEA 2000 E has been studied to solve drilling and dowel inserting on edges of panels in a flexible way. The software is simple to use and it makes the machine very versatile. The machine configuration allows the use in line with other machines, or as work cell provided with loading and unloading.

The principal qualities of the machine INSERT LINEA 2000 E are the possibility to work a piece which is different from another one without manual intervention, the high speed of work. (5 Holes + 5 dowels with glue on a panel whose depth is 600 mm in 10 seconds yielding 5-6 panels per minute). The machine can work one panel at a time.
