Omal Hinge & Rafix Insertion Machines

Single & Double head drilling and insertion machine for hinges and Rafix fittings from bottom with interchangable hopper.

The OMAL HG Multi is designed to drill and pneumatically insert hinges or other hardware eliminating the heavy load of work for the operator with fully automatic cycle. The left side drilling/insertion unit is fixed. The right side drilling/insertion unit is moveable by hand and easily locked pneumatically.

The right hand side adjustment on the desired position is indicated from an electronic digital display or with pre-positioned program stops. The work cycle is pneumatically and electronically adjustable to achieve times of less than 4-5 seconds per cycle.

The OMAL INSERT RF F1 is designed to drill and insert RAFIX or similar hardware eliminating the heavy load of work for the operator. The machine is offered with an interchangeable hopper system for different colored inserts. The machine is standard with single unit and comes optional with TWO insertion units - one fixed and one moveable. The right side drilling/insertion unit is moveable by hand and easily locked in position plus this can be motorized with numerical control and bar code as an option. The work cycle is approximately 4 seconds per cycle.
