Bonacin Electric Case Clamps

Bonacin, is a leader in technology for electric case clamps.
The case clamps feature independent vertical and horizontal variable
electrical controls for closing doweled joints on both cases and drawer
boxes. The Space saving design allows for placement in low overhead
spaces, noise free operation, and a low energy consumption of 1kw/hour.
In addition, the machine is virtually maintenance free since the pressing
operation is achieved via electric motors instead of pneumatics or hydraulics.
The Closer N2500 electric case clamp has fast opening
and closing speeds with a patented traveler system with steel reinforced
belts. Independent vertical and horizontal potentiometers for controlling
power to ensure closing doweled joints on both cases and drawer boxes.

CPC Hydraulic Case Clamps

The SAP 3L hydraulic case clamp has brought a technological change in assembly techniques of factories producing case or box construction furniture. The cycle time of a case clamp is quicker than the glue drying time and does not determine the actual pressing time of the components. If case goods are constructed to tight mechanical tolerances, typical pneumatic case clamps do not generate enough force to overcome the resistance between the dowel pin and the hole to square the box and close all joints. The SAP 3L-ARM is a hydraulic case clamp capable of obtaining strong operating pressures that overcome any interference in the hole-dowel coupling, thus maintaining a perfectly square and rigid case at the end of the pressing cycle even if the glue is not completely dried tightly.
