JET PLUS 5 AXIS SERIES UP TO 5' X 20' WORKING AREA
The Busellato JET Plus 5 Series of CNC Machining Centers provides an uncompromising machine for the most extreme-duty applications. A huge selection of configurations in addition to the 5-axis machining head are available to meet the most demanding applications. Multiple tool changers with up to 68 tool positions, several drilling head choices, 3 or 4 axis spindles, automatic clamping options and either motorized or CNC driven pod and rail movement are available. The router motor design uses liquid-cooling to reduce the overall dimensions of the motor by eliminating aluminum cooling fins found on a normal 3 or 4 axis spindle. Combined with an exclusive B axis knuckle design that creates a fulcrum point to significantly reduce the effective tool length, the machine can work in much tighter spaces and machine smaller radii than previously possible. Of course, Genesis Evolution with its 5-axis programming capabilities is standard.
