CAR 90 TE - CAR S 90 TE VACUUM FEEDER/STACKER

High performance feeder/stacker designed specifically for complete working lines. Also suitable for areas where height is limited. The vacuum carriage allows an optimal utilization of working speed versus stack configuration. Maximum cycles per minute - 6-8.

AUTOMATIC VACUUM FEEDER/STACKER, MODEL CAR 90 (S90)

Delmac Machinery Group announces a new automatic stacking system for angular panel saws. The stacker, manufactured by SAG of the Delmac Group, sorts and stacks up to 5" books of panels from checkerboard or staggered saw patterns at rates of 3-4 books per minute. SAG utilizes mechanical grippers that automatically adjust to the panels width while also straightening the stack. The stacker utilizes a dual column carriage with horizontal and vertical movement controlled by heavy duty timing belts. These belts are driven by AC motors with acceleration and deceleration ramp controlled by inverter.
