With new machine and cutting technology, the Mayer panel saws are robust and built for cutting aluminium panels from 1 to 200 mm thickness. Dimensionally accurate and with optimum cutting quality.

Optimal Cutting quality:
due to the heavy construction of the machine body and the excellent saw carriage guideways due to vibration-free and highly-precise bearing arrangement

Maximum dimensional stability:
The measurement is absolutely backlash-free. The measurement is taken by a separate precision rack.

Precise parallel cuts:
achieved by the use of a material pusher guided on two sides and driven by a precision rack and pinion system.

Precise angular cuts:
achieved by the use of an automatic side pressure unit pushing the parts on cross cutting against the cross cutting rail while cutting.

Optimal chip extraction:
because of the chip protection curtain which is in front and behind the pressure beam. The chips are removed by high-capacity extraction.
