Celaschi Tenoners

QUALITY, ACCURACY & FLEXIBILITY!

We manufacture high quality machinery built to last, by incorporating a heavy-duty machine bed of welded and stress relieved steel with linear rail-guides for the traverse movement of the machine. The movable side of the machine is adjusted by means of an inverter controlled ball screw. Electronic digital read-out of the working width. We use ball-screws and ball-nuts for the positioning of ALL NC controlled or motorized axis. This is done to ensure the absolute best positioning and long-lasting repeatability of the working unit. A ball-nut uses a series of re-circulating ball-bearings housed within the nut as the contact point on the ball-screw. To futhermore ensure the repeatability of the axis, we connect the encoder directly to the end of the ball screw, placing the measuring device as close to the positioning device (ball nut) as possible.
